Ravioli Italian Kitchen

The fast casual restaurant market is growing at a phenomenal pace and Ravioli is a concept poised to take advantage of this momentum. The $30 billion industry’s annual sales grew by 12.8% in 2014. The industry is led by establishments that are focused on a particular type of cuisine and deliver higher quality food and ambience than their fast food counterparts. Mexican cuisine, pizza, hamburgers and vegetarian are all dining segments that are successfully represented in the industry today.

Now, Ravioli is preparing to set the standard for fast casual Italian cuisine. Focusing on pasta, and specifically gourmet ravioli, that is prepared fresh daily on site, the establishment aims to deliver its high quality product in a setting that is inviting yet offers quick service.

The long-term goal is to successfully open this first location, standardize and document operational and managerial processes, then offer franchises in an effort to expand rapidly on both a national and international level. The initial location will be in downtown Los Angeles on 7th Street in the heart of the financial district. This location is arguably the most active real estate development area in all of Los Angeles.
