Wuxi Cultural Center & Hotel

The unique design focuses on modularity for repeat rapid implementation near new or existing cultural destinations. The central courtyards are designed to focus guests to venue, as if a central gateway. This will create a “Main Street” of retail and entertainment leading into any attraction or cultural venue. This “gateway” strategy will allow various disconnected venues to be brought under one brand shell, generate additional revenue, create a critical mass of services appropriate to each venue, book end new attractions, and revitalize exiting destinations.

The program accommodates approximately 220 rooms (in 2 boutique hotels offerings), commercial retail, temple, restaurants, gardens, small conference facilities, and visitors centers. Variants of this resort hotel will be situated near several tourist cultural destination resorts.
