Nvision Studio is a California-based full-service design company with the capability to bridge the gap between sophisticated entertainment and high-end contemporary design and conceptual architecture. Nvision has established close working relationships with numerous high profile clientele as well as collaborated with major forces in the architectural and entertainment industries worldwide to create the designs for new large-scale mixed use developments, event & entertainment destinations, mega resorts, casinos, and theme parks. From location-specific projects to concepts that can be applied over a wide target area. Nvision strives to create ideas that stand on their own merit and enhance them by using focused and creative “think-tank” strategies to create a synergistic product that is more than the sum of its parts.

Lawrence Nelson
Design and Creative Development
Lawrence holds degrees in Industrial Design and Design Education. He is an accomplished and acclaimed artist and architectural designer who has lent his extraordinary talents to an impressive number of projects and a long list of clients, spanning the last 30 years.
Widely known as one of the most gifted designers working in entertainment design today, Lawrence is efficient at applying his skills to all phases of the development process. From initial inspiration, full concept, branding and program design through the advanced stages of implementation, problem solving and logistics. Lawrence’s unique ability to conceptualize three-dimensional spaces and to understand how the public will experience them is unparalleled.
Lawrence’s skills, include: master planning, sketching, creating eye-catching presentations, program oversight, art directing teams and even the development of brand identity and marketing strategies. He has applied these skills to a broad spectrum of industries including; film, animation, architecture, retail, hospitality, advertising, products, toys, transportation, and live entertainment
Mike Echols
Developer, Programming, and Business Strategies
Mike has enjoyed an extensive career in business and real estate development as well as nonprofit management. In the year 2000, after successful stints in operations and regional management with Carlson/Reizador, Club Corp International and YMCA of the USA, Mike founded BizHelper, LLC, an international business development consulting firm for projects across the globe including Magdeburg-Cochstedt International Airport (MCIA), a 750-hectare cargo facility situated in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany.
In 2009, Mike’s garnered a post-graduate certification in real estate development from USC’s Lusk Center for Real Estate. After consulting and participating in many real estate development projects in Southern California, he founded Nvision Development Group in 2015, along with Nvision CEO Lawrence Nelson, and currently serves as the company’s managing partner. The company has served as development partner on several high-profile location-based entertainment projects including Golden Adventure, a 200-acre indoor theme park in Shijiazhuang, China and Elysium, a 2,200-hectare smart city located in Extremedura, Spain near that country’s southern border with Portugal.
Mike enjoys applying outside-the-box critical thinking to the projects in which he participates and feels that “in order to remain both vibrant and sustainable, we must think this way to produce the combination of fast-changing technologies that will support our sustainable and resilient planet of the future”. Mr. Echols received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Cal Poly University, Pomona as well as his post-graduate study in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
Tim Towery
Operations and Finance
Tim received his BS degree in business from California State University, Bakersfield. After working in the garment and product industries for 8 years, he moved on to the home building industry. Project managing the finance and accounting of approximately 3,500 homes per year in 25 different states has allowed him to improve his skills not only in accounting and finance, but also in project management. With these experiences in hand, Tim began working in the entertainment and hospitality industries. He has managed the design, development, and sales of projects ranging from hotels and restaurants to theme parks and entertainment venues.
Working in such a high volume and rapid pace has allowed Tim to develop superior organization, communication and management skills. He possesses the ability and experience to manage multi-million dollar investments with acute accuracy while protecting the investments of Nvisions clients.
Abdulaziz (aziz) Alhees
Project Management
Born in Kuwait and educated in the United States, Aziz obtained his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from New Mexico State University College of Engineering. After obtaining his degree, Aziz returned to Kuwait to work at one of the national power plants. Here he obtained experience working with engineering teams and project management on various electrical supply projects for the government of Kuwait.
In 2017 Aziz retuned to the United States to complete other online courses for project management and marketing. He then successful started his own company for corporate housing and seen this as an opportunity to extend his knowledge of project management and marketing. Specializing in travel needs from clients traveling to the Los Angeles area and seeking luxury corporate housing.
In 2018 Aziz joined the team at N-Vision Studio in the position of project management specifically with clients in the Middle East. Aziz is fluent in Arabic, both speech and written, and has become a valuable asset with his personal knowledge of the middle eastern culture.
